Bold Strokes Books Festival UK – Now heading into its fifth year, the 2014 UK BSB fest will be held in Nottingham over the weekend of June 6th – 8th, and is a great opportunity to meet the UK (and some not so UK!) Bold Strokes authors. The event is entirely free and during the weekend, you can hear authors read from current and upcoming works, meet and mingle with like-minded folk, pitch your novel to one of the BSB commissioning editors, and get an insight into the publishing process.
L Fest – The Lesbian Music, Arts, and Comedy festival has a great line up of top authors attending this year including Sarah Waters, Stella Duffy, and VG Lee.
Polari events are entertaining LGBT literary events held at the Southbank Centre in London.

Gay’s The Word – The UK’s last surviving LGBT bookshop, stocks an absolute feast of lesfic and is well worth a visit if you’re down in London.
When Sally Met Sally is a great lesbian magazine-type site which has a good books and writing section
Polari Magazine is an LGBT arts and culture magazine.
Women and Words – An excellent, lively, and well-loved site that covers a wide range of lesbian fiction, with plenty of contributions from UK authors.
LesFic Down Under – Your hang-out for Lesbian Fiction in the Southern Hemisphere. On our bookshelves you’ll find links to Australian, New Zealand, South African, Southern Pacific, and Tasmanian authors and their books.
